If you do not agree, do not use the Product or services. ## 3) Eligibility / age You must be at least **13 years old** to create an account. ## 4) Account You are responsible for: - keeping your login credentials secure, and - all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts if we reasonably believe there is abuse, fraud, unauthorized sharing, or violations of these Terms. ## 5) Purchases, payment, delivery - Payments are processed via **Stripe**. - After purchase (or trial activation, if offered), you receive access to downloads and/or license keys via your account dashboard and/or email. - You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the Product’s requirements. ## 6) Trials (if offered) We may offer trials at our discretion. Trial terms (duration, features, limitations) are shown at the time of activation and may change. ## 7) License (personal, per-device) When you purchase the Product, you receive a **personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable** license to install and use it on the number of devices permitted by your purchase (“per-device”). You may **not**: - resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the Product, account access, or license keys, - share the Product or license keys with others, - reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the Product (except where mandatory law allows limited acts), - bypass or attempt to bypass licensing, copy protection, or anti-piracy features. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Finesse Records. ## 8) Licensing, activation, anti-piracy To prevent fraud and unauthorized use, we may use license keys, activation, device binding, and technical verification checks. If we detect abnormal, unauthorized, or fraudulent use, we may: - revoke or reset activations, - suspend downloads/access, - suspend or terminate accounts, as reasonably necessary to protect our systems and rights, subject to applicable law. ## 9) Updates and changes We may provide updates, bug fixes, or other changes to the Product. We do not guarantee that older versions will remain available. ## 10) Support Support is provided via email at **boosted@outlook.dk**. **Target response time:** within **7 days** (best effort). No guaranteed SLA. ## 11) Pricing and taxes Prices are shown at checkout. Taxes/VAT may apply depending on your location and applicable rules. ## 12) EU/EEA consumer right of withdrawal (digital content) If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have a **14-day right of withdrawal** for distance purchases. **Digital content exception:** If you request **immediate delivery/access** (such as immediate download or immediate license key access) during the withdrawal period, you can lose your right of withdrawal **only if** you: 1) give **prior express consent** to immediate delivery, and 2) **acknowledge** that you lose your withdrawal right once delivery begins. We will implement this at checkout by requiring a clear acceptance before delivering the digital content. ## 13) Refund policy Except where required by law, purchases are **non-refundable** for digital products once delivery/access has started under Section 12. If you have technical issues, contact support. We may offer troubleshooting, replacement files, or (at our discretion) a goodwill refund in exceptional cases. ## 14) Prohibited use You may not use the services or Product to: - violate applicable laws, - distribute malware or attempt unauthorized access, - harass, abuse, defraud, or exploit others, - interfere with the security or availability of the service. ## 15) Intellectual property The Product, website, branding, and content are owned by or licensed to Finesse Records and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a license to use the Product — you do not acquire ownership. ## 16) Disclaimers The Product and services are provided **“as is”** and **“as available”**. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, or compatibility with every system or workflow. ## 17) Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law: - We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses (including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption). - Our total liability for claims relating to the Product or services will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product in the **12 months** before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law. ## 18) Termination You may stop using the Product at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or create security risks. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (license restrictions, IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will survive. ## 19) Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms. The updated version will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we may notify you by email or through your account dashboard. ## 20) Governing law and venue These Terms are governed by **Danish law**.
